About Evangelism & Outreach
- Evangelism Explosion: As Christians, we are ALL called to share the Gospel, but the reality is that very few of us actually do. We want to, but the thought of it is, well scary . . . it makes us uncomfortable . . . we just don’t know where to start.
If this describes you, then we have a solution that will help you clear the hurdle and give you the confidence you need to see people around you won to Christ. You will learn on a team of seasoned soul winners in an OJT environment that is relaxed and fun.
If this is sounds great or even if you’re not quite sure, come and join us on Tuesday nights. We meet in the Worship Center's Main Sanctuary at 7:00 and go out together to share the Good News with friends and neighbors - and don't worry, you won't be pressured into anything you don't feel ready for. - Church On The Street: Reaching out to those in need is a mandate of Jesus to His followers. Church On The Street, or COTS, does just that. We reach out by sharing in practical ways such as food drives, school supplies, clothing, live entertainment as a means of making our neighbors into our friends . . . and all while promoting the love of Christ.
- Prayer Shawl Crochet ministry: our group painstakingly and lovingly makes crocheted blankets and shawls for those experiencing serious illness.
- Griefshare: if you or someone you know is struggling with grief after losing a loved one, this is a great group to learn from and to be accepted by.
